Gurdeep worked at SPW (UK) LLP Chartered Accountants for several years and joined Taylor Associates together with Paul Winter and his team in September 2024.
Gurdeep is both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with a solid general practice background across accounts, audit, tax and VAT. His specialism lies in audit and assurance. During his contracting years, he worked with a number of accounting firms from mid-tiers to small specialist boutiques, which allowed him to exercise and fine-tune his vast audit and accounts technical skillset across a variety of industries, sectors and clients in both the corporate and non-corporate world.
He has built an extensive network within the accountancy, audit and tax world and developed specialisms in various industries including property investment companies, education, manufacturing, charities and the owner managed business sector. He is quite simply an audit, accounts and tax technician who delivers for his clients and does not shy away from a complex technical argument.
A significant amount of Gurdeep’s year is spent on servicing a large property investment client and reviewing and improving audit methodologies and documentation across the client base.
Outside of work, Gurdeep enjoys long walks in the countryside, going to the gym (and pub!), boxing and is a very good cook.
