Deborah has a background dating back over 30 years in insurance, merchant banking and the stock market. She worked for Barings before and after the crash.
Deborah (and Stephen, see above) decided to investigate alternative approaches to human health. She qualified as a massage therapist and in that capacity volunteered for three years at the Blenheim centre for persons recovering from addictions. She was presented to Princess Anne as a volunteer of distinction.
When it became clear that Stephen was going to take over the accounting practice of J. Richard Hildebrand & Co (see above), Deborah took book-keeping examinations with the Institute of Certified Book-keepers and joined Stephen as his practice manager. She has been working with him ever since.
When not at the office, Deborah practices the martial art Aikido. She also enjoys knitting, and if you look closely, you will see one of her many creations in the picture.
